Volodymyr Ladyka, 1962 born, Ukrainian, Higher education.
Volodymyr Ivanovych Ladyka was born on August 23, 1962 in the village of Pidlypne, Konotop District, Sumy Region.
From 1979 till 1984 he studied at Sumy branch of Kharkiv Agricultural Institute named by V.V. Dokuchayev , speciality “Zooengineering”.
He began to work as the chief zooengineer at the collective farm named by Lenin, Krolevetc District, Sumy Region.
From 1987 till 1989 he attended the Postgraduate Courses of Moscow Agricultural Academy named by K. A. Timiryazev.
From 1990 till 2003 he worked at Sumy National Agrarian University as Assistant, Assistant Professor, Vice-rector in Foreign Economic Affairs, the First Vice-rector. During this term he was the Head of the Chair of zooengineering and occupied the post of the Dean of Zooengineering Department.
From April 2003 till April 2005 he was the Manager of Sumy State Selection Centre.
In March 2005 Volodymyr Ivanovych Ladyka was nominated for the rectors vacancy of Sumy National Agrarian University, and later he was elected and appointed the Rector of Sumy National Agrarian University according to the decree of Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine dated April 22, 2005. He also works as a Professor at the chair of Special zooengineering at SNAU.
He is a Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, the member of Specialised Scientific council of genetics and stock breeding institute of the university . He is the author of more than 100 specific and methodical works.
He is married and has a daughter and a son.
