On April 6, 2017 the 4th-year students-ecologists from the faculty of Agricultural Technologies and Environmental Management visited the LLC “Sumy loaf”. The visitors of the excursion got acquainted with the productive capacity of the enterprise. They watched the process of making pasta and baking bread. They even tasted bread.
The visit to the laboratory, where they had a possibility to determine the quality of raw materials used for baking bread, was also interesting. The special attention of the future specialists was drawn to the state of the environment.
In future the plans of the students of the faculty of agricultural technologies and environmental management and the LLC “Sumy loaf” will be closely connected with the inspection of the enterprise with modern equipment.
