May 5, 2017 a tasting of the cheese was held in the tasting room of Food Technology Department. It was made by the students led by the associate professor Nazarenko Y.V. and the senior lecturer of meat and milk technology chair Kitchenko L.M. in the laboratory of the department.
Five experimental samples of cheese were represented at the tasting, 3 of which were highly appreciated by the committee.
In the perspective direction, it is planned to improve the technology of different kinds of cheese.
