It was created primarily for students of master course “Regional management”, launched at Sumy NAU. The curriculum of training for this program includes the study courses of International Master Course in Business Administration (MBA) approved in the European Union, as well as proven when preparing masters in management and public administration.
Nowadays rural areas are characterized by a deepening demographic crisis, migration of rural population to cities and abroad, rising unemployment, lack of funding social sphere of the village, low levels of engineering infrastructure. To change the situation in the countryside at the initiative of the Government they hold the administrative and territorial reform and give more powers to local governments.
So there is a need to prepare appropriate specialists in rural development. It is the task set for the authors of the course “Regional Management”.
So at the opening of the Regional Center, which is essentially a well-equipped modern facility with specialized software, new furniture and visual materials, the representatives of local communities and local authorities, and the administration, teachers and students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of SNAU were present.
The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management welcomed all present on this occasion and thanked the banks that sponsored and helped to equip the center with computers.
The deputy of the regional council Mykola Berezin said that much work had been done as for the united local communities, but more work should be done in future.
The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
