From 25.10.2017 till 04.11.217 the first group of teachers of Biology-Technological and Food Technologies Departments was trained on the basis of JSC Scientific and Production Enterprise “GlobynskyPig Complex” and “GlobynskyMeat Processing Plant”in accordance with the agreement on the internship of the university teachers.
Managers and specialists of enterprises conducted excursions and training on the main production facilities of these two enterprises. Teachers of our university together withstudents-traineeswere introduced the most modern equipment used for keeping, feeding pigs, and maintaining the microclimate.
The university teachers saw the animals of different breeds and synthetic lines of the company Hermitage Genetics, which are used for the production of pork in Globynsky pig complex and sold for Ukrainian enterprises.
Also, teachers-interns learned about the work of one of the most modern and most powerful meat plants in Ukraine. Specialists, heads of departments, the head of the laboratory and the technologist of the meat-packing plant clearly demonstrated the main technological processes of meat processing, as well as varieties of products produced by the meat-packing plant.
A final meeting was held with the participation of SNAU Rector Volodymyr Ladyka, the general director of Globyno group OleksandrKuzmynsky and other specialists of the pig complex. They discussed the ways of further cooperation in various fields of production.
