The student's scientific seminar on "Bioeconomics: Management and Development Prospects", held at the Faculty of Economics and Management, became a platform not only for discussing this scientific problem, but also for free communication in English.
The moderators of the event were the 3rd year student Launus Joshua Baka and SvitlanaLukash,the deputy dean of foreign student affairs.
This scientific seminar was opened by the Dean of the Faculty Natalia Strochenko who wished the students success in learning and achievements in scientific activity. The language of the seminar was English. Besides foreign ones, all students of the faculty who study the English language or speak Englishfluentlywere invited to attend the event. The seminar turned out to be very interesting and productive. Many different problems were discussed, namely, sustainable development of agriculture, the use of the alternative energy sources, waste management issues, innovative technologies, problems of limited natural resources, etc.
The reports were delivered by the students from different English-speaking groups. The teachers of the faculty, namely, Natalia Maslak, OlenaDyachenko, OlhaNovikova, OlexandrNesvetov and others also joined the students and took part in the scientific seminar.
