Students of the Faculty of Food Technologies are taking their practical training in Hlobyno
On January 1, 2018, the second- year students of the Faculty of Food Technologies, went to the town of Hlobyno, Poltava region, to have two months of practical training at the LLC “Hlobyno Meat Processing Plant” and LLC “HlobynoDairy Plant”.
At the same time, an assistant professor of Milk and Meat Processing Technology Department Natalia Bolhovawent there to take an internship together with the students. After some timesuch internships will be held by other faculty members of the Faculty of Food Technologies. Such collaboration is a unique experience for university students and professors.
Having arrived at theplant, the students were divided into two groups consisting of five people each. The first group of students works in the meat shop, and the second one fulfils the task of the operators of packaging machines. LLC “Hlobyno Meat Processing Plant” provides students with a uniform, free lunch and accommodation.
A group of students, consisting of eight people, is taking practice at the LLC “HlobynoDairy Plant”. They all deal with various kinds of special operations.
All interns are provided with uniform, meals and accommodation at the expense of the company.
Students are happy to perform their duties at the workplace, gain experience and practical skills.
