The staffof the Precision AgricultureCenter waited impatientlyfor the meeting with the Head of the Government. They were able to demonstrate their latest developments and share their further plans.
After that, the Prime Minister met with the SNAU team. At first Volodymyr Groysman noticed that it was extremely pleasant for him to start an acquaintance with Sumy region from our university. After a brief but meaningful speech, the Head of Government offered to the participants of the meeting to continue work in the format of a live conversation. SNAU teachers and students accumulated a lot of questions to Volodymyr Groysman.
On behalf of the students, Darya Kryvulya started the discussion, raising the issue of reimbursement of expenses for the industrial practicetaken by students atthe state establishments. The answer was given by Volodymyr Kovtunets, the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, who promised to help with resolving this question.
The Dean of theLaw Faculty SvitlanaZapara raised the question about the future of law education in agrarian universities. Volodymyr Groysman noticed that the present situation at our country requires an individual approach to the existence of law schools in agricultural universities.
The scientists of SNAU did not overlook the issue of creating scientific parks and participating in this business. The Prime Minister replied that such parks would be created much more actively.
Finally, Volodymyr Groysman was asked how to find fulfilment in politics. The Prime Minister confidently replied that the most important thing to become a politician is to have a purpose and an idea. You also need to be able to take responsibility.
We hope that the meeting was mutually beneficial and Volodymyr Groysman will take into account the wishes of young farmers. And we will wait for positive changes and will work hard for the development of Ukraine.
