SNAU deepens cooperation with the EBRD: new challenges and agreements
On May 7,Sumy National Agrarian University held a solemn signing of two Cooperation Agreements with Sumy Regional State Laboratory of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, implemented under the EBRD and FAO Project “Prevention of the Prevalence of African Swine Fever and raising awareness in Ukraine”.
In his welcoming speech, the rector of SNAU Volodymyr Ladyka noted that this is an important event not only for the university, but also for the whole country. After all, SNAU is the executor of the EBRD project, which aims to combat African swine fever and overcome its negative consequences.
OleksandrMaslak, Director of the Department of Agrarian Development of Sumy Regional State Administration, noted that the agreements signed today cover the implementation of laboratory research, as well as the training of specialists on the basis ofveterinary faculty of SNAU.
