May 7-11, teachers of Agrotechnologies and Land UseDepartment Natalia Kandyba and Tetyana Rozhkova participated in the staff training week under the Erasmus + program (Capacitybuilding project «Ag-Lab») within the framework of the project “The Upgrading of Qualification in the Laboratory Practice of Agro-Food Enterprises Specialists in Eastern Europe”.
The training was held at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) at the Biotechnology Faculty.
Also the staff of “Scientific and Methodological Center of Information and Analytical Support of Higher Educational Establishments “Agro-Education”, the teachers of National University of Life and Land Use of Ukraine and a delegation from Moldova took part in the training.
The training program turned out to be rich and useful for the project participants.In addition to the walk-throughs, there were master classes on the determination of the quality of dairy and meat products, cheese and yogurt preparation, the course attenders watched laboratory tests on PCR-diagnostics of crop production.
Slovenian colleagues from the agronomy department shared the peculiarities of their work with students, provided their curricula,so on. Also, SNAU teachersshared scientific achievements with their European colleagues, presenting the experience of implementing the principles of dual education at our university.
