May 30, the first group in Ukraine graduated from Sumy National Agrarian University with a master’s degree in the specialty “Public Management and Administration” according to an educational program “Regional Management”.
In his welcoming speech, the rector of SNAU Volodymyr Ladyka noted: “The uniqueness of this project is determined by several components. First, we are training specialists for and at the request of the united territorial communities. Second, this project is being implemented jointly with Sumy Regional State Administration and Sumy Regional Council, which fund this project. Thirdly, the basis of this program is the German experience in training specialists in this profile”.
12 specialists who successfully defended master's papers on the same day, received diplomas. Among the graduates are the heads of the newly formed regional local communities, who will begin to apply their knowledge on practice tomorrow.
The ceremonial part of the presentation of master's diplomas was traditionally completed by the Master of St. Valentine's church, who blessed the graduates and wished them farewell.
Dear graduates, we sincerely wish you love, health, well-being, happiness and luck, life inspiration and new achievements in professional and public activities in the name of prosperity of our Ukraine.
